I established Elmbridge Training as I believe there is a need for first-rate business training delivered locally. Training should reflect the needs of the client and that is how we aim to deliver our service.

I have over 20 years experience working in the IT industry and have provided training services for global FTSE 100 companies, SMEs and public sector clients. I am a Microsoft Master Instructor, have Microsoft Office Specialist status and also hold a Certificate in Education.

My belief is that training should be effective every time and that can only be done by fully understanding the clients' objectives. I spend time to assess the needs of the client before proposing a training solution and will also assess the effectiveness of that training. "I can teach but what have you learned?"

Every client is important to a small company such as ours and therefore you can expect a top quality service from Elmbridge Training, regardless of how often you employ us or how much you spend. I only employ trainers who are qualified to train, have worked in industry before becoming a trainer and who share my philosophy.
